A new business needed to look established from day one
Harvest Works Equipment LLC was entering the digital subscriptions market with a portfolio of independent online services covering personal development, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle content. The business model was clear and well-structured — but the company had no digital presence, no visual identity, and no website to convert visitors into subscribers.
The challenge was to create something that would communicate trust and professionalism immediately. In the subscription business, first impressions determine whether a visitor signs up or leaves. There was no room for a generic template.

Before touching design tools, we spent time understanding the business model deeply. Harvest Works operates a portfolio of independent micro-subscription services under one umbrella company. This meant the website had to do two things simultaneously: explain the company's identity and clearly describe how the subscription model works — including all the legal and billing details that subscription businesses are required to disclose.
We mapped out the full user flow: landing → understanding the service catalog → learning how subscriptions work → reading the legal disclosures → contacting support. Every section of the site was designed to answer a specific question a visitor would have at that point in their journey.

A brand built around trust and accessibility
The visual direction emerged from the company's positioning: accessible, trustworthy, and professional. We chose a clean white-based palette with deep navy and blue accents — communicating reliability and clarity, which is essential for a subscription business handling recurring payments.
